Today we are diving into compassion. Compassion is the key foundation to self care.

So, what is compassion?

Compassion is allowance for grace, ease, and empathy.

More often than not, we give this compassion freely to those who surround us in life. We allow others to slip up, make mistakes, fall short of expectations - but applying it towards ourselves can be a whole other reality.

Today we get to allow ourselves to give this same empathy and compassion towards ourselves.
