I want to make sure that you get the most out of this 5 day Self Care Challenge. Here are a few things that I recommend to do that!

Here's how to do it:

  • Read through Self Care Made Simple
  • Block off 10-15 minutes for the videos and homework for each of the 5 days
  • Join the Dame Dome - this is where you'll be posting your homework and getting support throughout the challenge 
  • Be actively posting and sharing in the group
  • Set your intention:

    Ask yourself "How do I want to feel before, during and after this challenge?"

Once you have your answer, share it with the rest of us in the Dame Dome!
