50 Healthy Habits Every Woman Should Have

For those who know me well, they know that I am a person who loves

a.) Lists.

b.) The body positivity movement.

&

c.) Being balanced, groundedself love, confidence, body positivity, healthand anything that resembles a movement in that direction.

So today I have for you what could be the most perfect blog that contains all three of those factors!  This list is practical and offers basic things that you might not think of right away.

There are definitely a few of these that I want to learn to better incorporate into my life (Number 16, 27 or 50 anybody?)

16.) Stop beating yourself up

27.) Drink at least 8 ounces of fluid a day

50.) Never let Google diagnose you.

I'm not even sure of what more I can add to this list I found on Pinterest. The only one I might change would be number 7. Food is food. It's neither good, nor bad, it just is. It isn't living and doesn't have the capacity for evil. Stop putting guilt around food!
